Monthly User Plan Agreement
Free Usage Period: Knohow was founded to help elevate the visibility and success of local businesses by making it easier to connect meaningfully with customers in their communities. In line with this mission, all service providers can use a Knohow Pro account, accessing all features and tools completely free of charge until they reach a defined level of customer engagement that reflects advanced community visibility. You can cancel your Pro account anytime with no obligation or future charges.
 
Monthly Billing and Renewal
Once free usage ends (outlined below), your account enters a paid subscription phase. The monthly Pro Account Service plan will begin on the day after your free usage ends—your “monthly renewal day”—and renew on that same day each month. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Example: If your first monthly fee is charged on May 5, future charges will occur on June 5, July 5, and so on, unless canceled beforehand.

Pro Account Service plan:
Knohow's focus is to first, demonstrate value to our pro community.   With that principle in mind Knowhow is free to our Pro community to start.   Once you've gained a level of meaningful Community Visibility among your connected network, Knohow transitions to a low cost monthly subscription platform with only 2 simple tiers.   Community Visibility is measured by the total number of First-level connections - your direct Knohow customer connections, and Second-level connections - your Knohow customers’ connections.   First level and second level connections share a directory of professionals with each other which possesses a unique implied trust and endorsement value marketing benefit to you.  This makes you more likely to be chosen when your services are needed.   We transparently display your real time visibility network through the network graphic tool located at the top of your home page dashboard next to your client counter.  
Your total is calculated in real time and your plan is activated when your network strength reaches levels listed below.  

Note: At no cost - All Pro accounts are discoverable via Knohow’s community search tool, and this visibility in Knohow’s community search does not affect your plan tier.
PlanTiers:
 

• Basic – Free: < 50 total Level 1 and Level 2 connections. Includes unlimited visibility via Knohow’s public search tool.
   

• PRO Plan – $19.99/month: 51 to 499 total Level 1 and Level 2 connections. Includes unlimited visibility via Knohow’s public search tool.
   

• POWER PRO Plan – $39.99/month: 500 or more total Level 1 and Level 2 connections. Includes unlimited visibility via Knohow’s public search tool.
   

Multi-unit Service Providers (Enterprise): Volume discounts are available for companies with 10 or more Pro accounts. Email: Enterprise@knohow.com    
 
Monthly User Fee Payment Terms
When your visibility grows into a cost tier, service providers are required to submit a valid credit card via our payments service provider, Stripe, for automatic monthly billing. When your automated payment fails, we provide a grace period of 14 days to restore your payment method.  After 14 days your Pro account will be temporarily suspended.  Accounts suspended twice within a 180-day days will incur a $10 reactivation fee before reinstating.
 
Credit Card Processing via Stripe (Optional)
Knohow provides integrated credit card payment processing through its payments partner, Stripe. By opting in and completing the onboarding process, you will be able to receive customer payments directly through the Knohow platform. The applicable Merchant Discount Rates (MDR) and per-transaction fees are disclosed [here].
Please note that Knohow incurs a monthly cost from Stripe for maintaining merchant accounts. If your total monthly credit card transaction volume is less than $200, a $2 low-volume processing fee will be added to your monthly Pro service fee.
 
Canceling Your Pro Account: You can cancel your Knohow Pro account at any time by following these steps: 1.) Go to your Profile page. 2.) Select “About Knohow” 3.) Select “Cancel Your Account”.  Before canceling your account, we recommend reviewing our [Terms of Service], [Privacy Policy], and [Data Deletion Policy].
