Knohow provides customizable settings for Members to control the visibility of their information and content on the platform. Members can choose which service providers and content are viewable by others or kept private. Connections can be made private and also disconnected at any time.   Our users are in control at all times.   Strict security measures, including encrypted account data and verified mobile phone numbers, safeguard personal information. Member mobile phone numbers are not visible to anyone on Knohow.   Pro phone numbers are viewable to connected clients (members) to aid the conducting of business.

How do I get started?

Consumers typically become Knohow Members through invitations from current service providers or friends who are already Members. Alternatively, they can download the Member app directly from their operating system store from www.knohow.com.(http://www.kazzah.com/)

I just created my member account - how do I connect with my Pros?**

If you were invited by a current service provider (Pro), you can easily connect with them through the My Network dashboard in the Member app.     Connection requests will collect in your received folder and stay there till you act on those requests.   Once you connect with trusted Pros you activate tools which access the pro including payments, scheduling , appointment requests and content following.   You can intitiate a connection by sending an invitation to connect to your pro either by inviting them into the platform as a new provider or searching an existing Knohow pro in the directory.

How do I organize my service providers so I can easily find them?

The Member app allows you to categorize your Pros into personalized channels, such as Auto, Self Care, Home, etc. You can also create custom channels based on your preferences, enabling easy organization, booking, and management of appointments with local service providers.    The <My Network> tool on members home page will reveal the collective total of trusted local pros in a list searchable format and include lists of Pros your friend connections turn to.

If I need to find a new Pro, how is Knohow better than a traditional web search?

Knohow is a resource library based on only endorsed and trusted resources that members decide to connect with.   This trusted library powers our search in every way.   Members can search their 1st and 2nd level connections using the my network tool on the home page which will list the personal resources among friends.   All members whether they are new or have a developed connection network,  have access to the community library which is located under the discover tool on the bottom right of your tool bar at the bottom of your home page.   Searching in the discover tool gives you access to trusted pros locally on a map around you revealing trusted pros endorsed & active in personal saved channels.   While searching in the community, Pros can be found by typing in the search tool. Knohow's search functionality offers the ability to search in list, map , and image content formats,    This provides super efficient word-of-mouth  discovery of reliable local service professionals, thus eliminating the need to sift through anonymous untrustworthy reviews.

How do Members securely pay for appointments through the mobile app?

The Member app features a secure payment option through partner platform STRIPE,  allowing you to add and encrypt a credit or debit card in a stored wallet for any future direct payments to any knohow Pro signed up for payments. Importantly, Knohow doesn't store credit card information; instead, it uses a secure "token" system to facilitate payments securely within the app.  Knohow engages world class leader in payments, Stripe to securely process payments for our Pro and member community.

The app automatically compiles comprehensive records of all appointments and payments with Pros, including associated photos and videos. This centralized record-keeping simplifies tracking and managing interactions with various service providers.   You can cancel your profile at any time which will remove your data and history accordingly.

Knohow's founders are small business owners with a keen sensitivity to the competitive forces facing local business operators.    Pros can sign up for a no obligation free trial period, during which they can utilize the full function of the platform without providing their credit card information.

How much does Knohow Pro account cost?

Knohow believes that it is important to first create value for our Pro community by offering a free no obligation trial period.   The free trial period will end when our Pros experience measurable network visibility among clients and their personal friend connections.    When word of mouth network effects create opportunities for our Pros to acquire new clients and find more jobs our Pros will transition to a low cost subscription model.

Knohow's difference is our simple value based pricing model as illustrated below , noting there are No per service commissions/fees, No lead fees, or No hidden fees like many others.

Knohow measures your word of mouth impact network by totaling your Level 1 (direct clients) and Level 2 (clients' friends which you are directly visible to in a shared library) connections.    Your visibility network power meter is visible at all times through the connection tool located at the top of a Pro's home dashboard next to the connected client counter.

Storing large volumes of data in Knohow may include future storage fees.   Processing payments with customers using credit cards will include industry standard processing expenses and must be opted into.

1. Members (consumers) home page includes a "my network" tool that reveals a list view of pros in a members shared library of local resources based on what friends they are connected to.
2. Members can generate map views and lists of local area service providers, searchable by name, service type, general channel type service category, images and content, or preset hot keys.   Results can be further filtered using the entire library of the community or narrowing the search to your more personal friend network.     This unique search feature powered by the communities insights provides a word-of-mouth discovery system with innate reliability and trust. Search results are immediately actionable with an ability to connect with a Pro and seeing who among your friend network works with this pro.  Results can be rendered on a map , list, or through image page display.
